Disabled Visitors

ExCeL London has been purposefully designed to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors.

Disabled toilets are provided throughout the venue. Telephones are located at levels suitable for wheelchair users. Disabled parking bays are available in the Undercroft and East car park. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire from the Information Desks, on a first come first served basis, with a fully refundable deposit.

Disabled assistants

Companions admitted free: If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend The Show on your own, then a companion is admitted for free. You will be required to pay your ticket, either in advance or on the door; however your carer will be permitted free entry to The Show, please make this clear to staff when you arrive at The Show.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at ExCeL. Animals (except guide dogs) are not admitted.
