Health Professional Advice Centre

The new Healthcare Professional Advice Centre will be open throughout the whole Baby Show and provides you with the unique opportunity to ask either a Midwife or Health Visitor any personal question you may have about pregnancy, birth issues, parenting, feeding or child’s safety, physical or emotional development - in fact any aspect of your family’s wellbeing!

You will find the Healthcare Professional Advice Centre very welcoming as our team of Midwives and Health Visitors will be available throughout the show. There is plenty of seating, so feel free to drop by for a few minutes – even if it is just to have a chat and rest your feet!

Informal Sessions

Our Midwives and Health Visitors will also be holding informal discussion sessions every day during the show on Reflexology in Pregnancy and Baby Massage:

• The Reflexology in Pregnancy sessions will take place throughout the day (pop by and we will book you in) to give parents-to-be the opportunity to learn and experience this relaxing technique.
• The Baby Massage group sessions will take place at 11am, 1pm and 3pm or you may prefer a one-to-one session, where you just need to turn up and one of our helpful Health Visitors will give you some hands on training with a life-size doll.
• The Men's Massage sessions will take placed throughout the day (pop by and we will book you in). Come and get shoulder or arm/hand massage.

The Healthcare Professional Advice Centre will provide plenty of opportunities for you to ask questions and any issues you want to raise with our friendly Midwives and Health Visitors subjects of particular interest to you. We look forward to meeting you!
