Special Needs

ExCeL London has been purposefully designed to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors.

Disabled information

Disabled toilets are provided throughout the venue. Telephones are located at levels suitable for wheelchair users. Disabled parking bays are available in the Undercroft and East car park. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for hire from the Information Desks, on a first come first served basis, with a fully refundable deposit.

Disabled assistants

Companions admitted free: if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the show on your own, then a companion is admitted for free. Please make this clear to the Box Office staff when you book your ticket, they will be happy to help.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at ExCeL. Animals (except guide dogs) are not admitted.

BSL Interpreter

A BSL interpreter will be on the Comfort Pure Stage with Prima Baby for all Shows on Saturday 1 March 2008.
