New Years Resolutions: Heather and her walking challenge

Heather returns to share how her new years resolutions is going.

We're over 3 months into our walking challenge now - we've had a couple of hiccups recently due to illness, which resulted in us having to skip a whole two weeks' worth of walking! On the plus side, we've now walked 213 miles, raised almost £1100 and will be catching up on any missed miles so as to make sure we stay on target!

My Birth Story -Mel Sardi

On Monday 20th Feb 2012, at 5.40am I gave birth to my beautiful son weighing 6lbs 8.5oz. The weeks leading upto his birth were very uncomfortable, and at times very painful too.

Being my second pregnancy, I experienced braxton hicks earlier and more frequently than I had done with my daughter (usually walking around town or doing my weekly shop).
