The Tommy's Meet the Midwives & Health Visitors Centre will be open throughout the whole Baby Show and provides you with the unique opportunity to ask either a Tommy's Midwife or Health Visitor any personal question you may have about pregnancy, birth, feeding, early parenting or children’s early development.

There is plenty of seating, so feel free to drop by for a few minutes – even if it is just to have a chat and rest your feet! You can collect you free sample of Caffeine Free Diet Coke and we have a free prize drawer to win a basketful of goodies! Also, if you'd like your partner to know what it feels like to be pregnant, encourage him to try on our empathy belly!

Informal Sessions

Our Midwives and Health Visitors will also be holding sessions every day during the show on topics like preparing for breastfeeding, using a birth ball and massage in labour, a maternity bra measuring, fitness and relaxation sessions.

Midwives are expert registered health professionals specialising in the provision of: health advice, support and professional midwifery care during the period of trying for a baby, pregnancy, birth, the initiation of breast feeding, post natal care and support for mothers, babies and the family in the immediate period following birth and for up to four weeks after the delivery.

Health Visitors are experts in advising and supporting parents in their parenting, advising on all issues relating to the health, development and well being of infants, toddlers and young children.

Tommy's Pregnancy Photostand

Specialist maternity and newborn photographer Toni will be joining Tommy’s at The Baby Show. Toni will be offering mini photo shoots encouraging women to celebrate their pregnancy through photography.This is a great opportunity to have your "bump" photographed at a fantastic price, exclusive to The Baby Show.
