Pancake Day: Our Tasty Top Picks

It's that time of year again and the kids go wild for it! We've seen some amazing recipes from many of our Baby Show friends and here are a few of our tasty top picks - you can almost taste them!
Some are representing the traditional flat English pancake and others are little different, which we are loving right now! Take a look at the below and see what you can try your hand at, just don't try to eat your screen, we know they look so scrumptiously good!
 

Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

1 egg beaten 
350g Greek yogurt
150ml milk
200g self-raising flour
1 overripe banana, mashed 
sunflower oil, for frying 
a knob of unsalted butter 
raspberries and blueberries, to serve

Baby and Toddler Pancakes

Ingredients

250g self-raising flour (plain or wholemeal)
1 tsp baking powder
1 free-range egg
200mls milk of choice (I used fortified oat milk)
2 tbsp plain yogurt (any will work)
2 handfuls raspberries (around 100g of fresh or frozen raspberries – feel free to swap raspberries for some other fruit)

Ingredients

65g wholemeal flour
95g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
240ml full-fat milk
1 tbsp oil, plus more for the pan
1 egg
60g pumpkin, baked and puréed
