Important: The Baby Show NEC Information Update

As a consequence of the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, The Baby Show NEC, originally scheduled to take place on 15 - 17 May 2020, will now be held at The NEC in Birmingham on 27 - 29 November 2020.

There’s a huge amount of work going on behind the scenes to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our visitors, exhibitors, staff, contractors and their families. We will continue to be guided by government advice and implement numerous measures so our team can deliver an amazing event with all its fantastic shopping, exclusive show offers, new products, live demos and expert advice.  We will update you further on the measures we are putting in place in due course.

Existing tickets will be valid for the new dates and tickets will be on sale at the end of June. Sign up to our e-newsletter to be the first to know when tickets go on sale.

If you have already purchased a ticket to the show, you can transfer this to any of our 2020 or 2021 shows, these include:

  • The Baby Show NEC Birmingham, 27 - 29 November 2020
  • The Baby Show Olympia London, 23 - 25 October 2020
  • The Baby Show ExCeL London, 26 - 28 February 2021
  • The Baby Show NEC Birmingham, 14 - 16 May 2021

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW OPEN? 

The show in November will open at 9:30am and close at 5:30pm on Friday and Sunday and 9:00am - 7:00pm on Saturday. 

WHAT HALL IS THE BABY SHOW IN?

The Baby Show will be in Hall 4 in the NEC, Birmingham.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets are currently unavailable to purchase as The Baby Show NEC is being postponed due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. Tickets will be available at the end of June. Sign up to our e-newsletter to be the first to know when. 

WHEN DO TICKETS GO OFF SALE?

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?

I ORDERED E-TICKETS, WHEN WILL I GET MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received confirmation of your ticket order via email, it may be in your junk/spam folder. Please check there. If you can’t find the email confirmation or have lost it, please contact SEE Tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). They will check the email address and resend it.

WILL PAPER TICKETS STILL BE IN USE?
The Baby Show team are working hard behind the scenes to ensure a safe and Covid-19 compliant ticketing system. This information will be updated once tickets go on sale.

I HAVE BOUGHT TICKET BUT I NEED TO CHANGE THE DAY, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW?

If you are unable to attend The Baby Show NEC, you can transfer your ticket to the shows listed above. You will just need to email See Tickets here.

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW AND I HAVE BOUGHT A TOMMEE TIPPEE PACKAGE?


If you are unable to attend The Baby Show NEC from Friday 27 - Sunday 29 November 2020 and have bought a Tommee Tippee package, please contact See Tickets to organise a refund. 

DO CHILDREN REQUIRE A TICKET?

Babies and children aged 14 or under can attend for free but they still need to have a ticket to present at the show (you can register them when booking your tickets online).

DO CARERS REQUIRE A TICKET? 

Carers can attend free of charge when accompanying another paying adult. Please contact SEE tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). Carers passes can also be obtained at the Box Office at the show.

Further terms and conditions regarding the show ticket

The ticket is issued on behalf of the event promoter  and subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) Valid on the date shown only

b) Animals (except guide dogs) not admitted

This ticket is not refundable:

The organisers reserve the right, in combination with any other directives on the ticket or displayed at the premises to:

a) Refuse admission and remove any person from the exhibition without assigning any reason

b) Alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets

c) Refuse entry and use on the premises of any form of audio or visual equipment

d) Conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons

Purchase of this ticket signifies acceptance that:

a) As members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

b) The organiser and the venue, cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of (a) contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any

exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or speaker (b) Any damage to or loss of visitors property whilst at the exhibition (c) Personal injury caused to or death of any visitor at the

exhibition, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers negligence

c) This event is non-smoking

d) Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than The Baby Show office or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Please visit http://www.thenec.co.uk/visitors/parking/ for the venue parking tariffs and to pre-book (advisable).

DO EXHIBITORS ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS? 

Most exhibitors accept card payments; however, there may be a few who are cash only, so it is always best to bring cash with you just in case. To be compliant with Covid-19 safety measures, please be prepared to pay by card with every exhibitor.

ARE THERE CASH POINTS AT THE VENUE? 

Cash points are located outside the venue in the foyer.

WHAT IF I OR MY BABY FEELS UNWELL AT THE SHOW? 

A First Aid room with fully trained staff is located in the Organisers Office.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW? 

The popular Evivva Restaurant will be located within the show, serving a range of Italian food. Book your table now by selecting your event and the date and time you would prefer to eat. Tables can be booked for a maximum of four people. If you require a table more than four please book two tables and note this in the comment box and they can seat you together. Please make them aware of any dietary or allergy requirements in the box provided, along with a notification of parties larger than 8 persons. IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LEAVE MY SHOPPING AT THE SHOW? 

Yes, the excellent free Shop & Drop service where you can leave your shopping at no expense during the show. 

I FORGOT MY NAPPIES/WIPES - CAN I BUY SOME AT THE SHOW? 

You can sample free nappies and wipes in the Lidl’s Lupilu Changing Area.
