UPDATE: NEW SHOW DATES

We are pleased to announce that The Baby Show NEC will now take place from 21 - 23 August 2020.

If you have already purchased a ticket to the show, this will automatically transfer to your choice of any of our 2020 or 2021 shows, these include:

  • The Baby Show NEC Birmingham, 21 - 23 August 2020
  • The Baby Show Olympia London, 23 - 25 October 2020
  • Baby to Toddler Show, ExCeL London, 14 - 15 November 2020
  • Baby to Toddler Show, NEC Birmingham, 5 - 6 December 2020
  • The Baby Show ExCeL London, 26 - 28 February 2021
  • The Baby Show NEC Birmingham, 14 - 16 May 2021
  • The Baby Show Olympia London, 22 - 24 October 2021 
We will also be providing The Baby Show Live @ Home on Saturday 18th April to ensure you can still buy those essential items in time for your little one. Read more here.

If you have purchased a VIP ticket to the show, this ticket will also be automatically transferred to the new date or any other Baby Show. Please check all emails from The Baby Show to let us know which show you would like to attend. 

Please note: Due to company policy, we will not be offering refunds, all tickets can be transferred to another show as outlined above. 


WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW OPEN? 

The show in August will open at 9:30am and close at 5:30pm. 

WHAT HALL IS THE BABY SHOW IN?

The Baby Show will be in Hall 4 in the NEC, Birmingham.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets are currently unavailable to purcahse as The Baby Show NEC is being postponed due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic. Tickets will be available once the revised show dates have been announced

WHEN DO TICKETS GO OFF SALE? 

The advanced ticket hotline will close at midnight on Thursday 20st August 2020. 

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?

Yes, standard adult tickets are available on the door for £22.50pp (Children 0-14 years go free).

I ORDERED E-TICKETS, WHEN WILL I GET MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received confirmation of your ticket order via email, it may be in your junk/spam folder. Please check there. If you can’t find the email confirmation or have lost it, please contact SEE Tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). They will check the email address and resend it.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY E-TICKETS? 

Yes, all tickets must be printed and brought with you on the day. Electronic tickets, on mobile or other devices, will not be accepted. If you do not have access to a printer, you can get tickets printed at the Box Office when you arrive, though please be aware there may be queues so allow plenty of time.

I ORDERED POSTAL TICKETS, WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE? 

Tickets should arrive approximately two weeks prior to the show. If they haven’t, please contact SEE Tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras).

I HAVE BOUGHT TICKET BUT I NEED TO CHANGE THE DAY, IS THIS POSSIBLE? 

Yes. You will still be able to attend the show on a different day with your purchased tickets. No changes are required to your ticket.

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW?

If you are unable to attend The Baby Show on your chosen day, you can transfer your tickets to another day on the weekend of 21 - 23 August 2020. Due to company policy, we do not issue refunds. 

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW AND I HAVE BOUGHT A TOMMEE TIPPEE PACKAGE?


If you are unable to attend The Baby Show NEC from Friday 21 - Sunday 23 August 2020 and have bought a Tommee Tippee package, this can only be sent to you if you are able to send a pre-paid label and package, or alternatively have it made available for collection from our Head Office from Clarion Events Limited, Bedford House, 69-79 Fulham High Street, London, SW6 3JW from 9:30 - 17:00.

DO CHILDREN REQUIRE A TICKET?

Babies and children aged 14 or under can attend for free but they still need to have a ticket to present at the show (you can register them when booking your tickets online).

DO CARERS REQUIRE A TICKET? 

Carers can attend free of charge when accompanying another paying adult. Please contact SEE tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). Carers passes can also be obtained at the Box Office at the show.

Further terms and conditions regarding the show ticket

The ticket is issued on behalf of the event promoter  and subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) Valid on the date shown only

b) Animals (except guide dogs) not admitted

This ticket is not refundable:

The organisers reserve the right, in combination with any other directives on the ticket or displayed at the premises to:

a) Refuse admission and remove any person from the exhibition without assigning any reason

b) Alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets

c) Refuse entry and use on the premises of any form of audio or visual equipment

d) Conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons

Purchase of this ticket signifies acceptance that:

a) As members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

b) The organiser and the venue, cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of (a) contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any

exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or speaker (b) Any damage to or loss of visitors property whilst at the exhibition (c) Personal injury caused to or death of any visitor at the

exhibition, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers negligence

c) This event is non-smoking

d) Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than The Baby Show office or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE THE TALKS AND OTHER BOOKABLE SESSIONS? 

Access to the Live Talks, Weaning Kitchen, Sleep Clinic, Children Play Areas are more are all free of charge. You can find out more about the Family-Friendly Features here.

DO EXHIBITORS ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS? 

Most exhibitors accept card payments; however, there may be a few who are cash only, so it is always best to bring cash with you just in case. 

ARE THERE CASH POINTS AT THE VENUE? 

Cash points are located outside the venue in the foyer.

WHAT IF I OR MY BABY FEELS UNWELL AT THE SHOW? 

A First Aid room with fully trained staff is located in the Organisers Office.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW? 

The popular Evivva Restaurant will be located within the show, serving a range of Italian food. Book your table now by selecting your event and the date and time you would prefer to eat. Tables can be booked for a maximum of four people. If you require a table more than four please book two tables and note this in the comment box and they can seat you together. Please make them aware of any dietary or allergy requirements in the box provided, along with a notification of parties larger than 8 persons. IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LEAVE MY SHOPPING AT THE SHOW? 

Yes, the excellent free Shop & Drop service where you can leave your shopping at no expense during the show. Along with, Collect-By-Car service should you wish to drive your car around to the hall to collect shopping. 

I FORGOT MY BABY FOOD/NAPPIES/WIPES - CAN I BUY SOME AT THE SHOW? 

Don’t worry, you can get free baby food (aged 6 months+) within the Tommee Tippee Feeding Area. You can also sample free nappies and wipes in the Lidl’s Lupilu Changing Area.
