WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW OPEN? 

From Friday 1st March until Sunday 3rd March 2019, the show is open from 9:30 - 17:30 daily.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased here or over the telephone by calling 0871 231 0844. Calls cost 13p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge. £2.20 transaction fee applies per booking. 

WHEN DO TICKETS GO OFF SALE? 

The advance ticket box office will close at midnight on Thursday 28th February 2019. After this and during the event, tickets will only be available on the door.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?

Yes, standard adult tickets are available on the door for £20pp (Children 0-14 years go free).

I ORDERED E-TICKETS, WHEN WILL I GET MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received confirmation of your ticket order via email, it may be in your junk/spam folder. Please check there. If you can’t find the email confirmation or have lost it, please contact SEE Tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). They will check the email address and resend.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY E-TICKETS? 

Yes, all tickets must be printed and brought with you on the day. Electronic tickets, on mobile or other devices, will not be accepted. If you do not have access to a printer, you can get tickets printed at the Box Office when you arrive, though please be aware there may be queues so allow plenty of time.

I ORDERED POSTAL TICKETS, WHEN WILL THEY ARRIVE? 

Tickets should arrive approximately two weeks prior to the show. If they haven’t, please contact SEE Tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras).

I HAVE BOUGHT TICKET BUT I NEED TO CHANGE THE DAY, IS THIS POSSIBLE? 

Yes. You will still be able to attend the show on a different day with your purchased tickets. No changes are required to your ticket.

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW?

If you are unable to attend The Baby Show on your chosen day, you can transfer your tickets to another day from Friday 15 - Sunday 17 May 2020. Due to company policy, we do not issue refunds. 

WHAT IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND THE SHOW AND I HAVE BOUGHT A TOMMEE TIPPEE PACKAGE?

If you are unable to attend The Baby Show NEC from Friday 15 - Sunday 17 May 2020 have bought a Tommee Tippee package, this can only be sent to you if you are able to send a pre-paid label and package, or alternatively have it made available for collection from our Head Office from Clarion Events Limited, Bedford House, 69-79 Fulham High Street, London, SW6 3JW from 9:30 - 17:00.


DO CHILDREN REQUIRE A TICKET?

Babies and children aged 14 or under can attend for free but they still need to have a ticket to present at the show (you can register them when booking your tickets online).

DO CARERS REQUIRE A TICKET? 

Carers can attend free of charge when accompanying another paying adult. Please contact SEE tickets on 0871 231 0844 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras). Carers passes can also be obtained at the Box Office at the show.

Further terms and conditions regarding the show ticket

The ticket is issued on behalf of the event promoter  and subject to the following terms and conditions:

a) Valid on the date shown only

b) Animals (except guide dogs) not admitted

This ticket is not refundable:

The organisers reserve the right, in combination with any other directives on the ticket or displayed at the premises to:

a) Refuse admission and remove any person from the exhibition without assigning any reason

b) Alter the composition of the programme/event without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets

c) Refuse entry and use on the premises of any form of audio or visual equipment

d) Conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons

Purchase of this ticket signifies acceptance that:

a) As members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

b) The organiser and the venue, cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred as a result of (a) contracts entered into by visitors or those connected with them, with any

exhibitor, or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or speaker (b) Any damage to or loss of visitors property whilst at the exhibition (c) Personal injury caused to or death of any visitor at the

exhibition, save insofar as this arises out of the organisers negligence

c) This event is non-smoking/vaping

d) Should this ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than The Baby Show office or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the venue.

HOW MUCH IS PARKING?

Parking at ExCeL London is a fixed rate of £20 for 24 hours. Visitors traveling by car are advised to park in Zone 3 & 4 and 13 & 14 for the nearest venue access to the event halls. Please visit the ExCeL site here to find out more information for venue parking tariffs and to pre-book (advisable). 

DOES MY TICKET INCLUDE THE TALKS AND FASHION SHOWS ON THE STAGE AND OTHER BOOKABLE SESSIONS? 

Access to the stage and other features including the Weaning Kitchen, the Sleep Clinic and Play Areas are all free of charge. 

DO EXHIBITORS ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS? 

Most exhibitors accept card payments; however, there may be a few who are cash only.

ARE THERE CASH POINTS AT THE VENUE? 

Cash points are located outside the hall in the Boulevard.

HOW DO I GET TO EXCEL LONDON?

WHAT IF I OR MY BABY FEELS UNWELL AT THE SHOW? 

A First Aid room with fully trained staff is located at the show or alternatively please contact the Organisers Office for medical assistance.

WHAT FOOD AND DRINK IS AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW? 

ExCeL London offers a variety of food and drink in the Boulevard of the venue (please ensure your hand is stamped for re-entry). Please click here to discover the food and drink options.

IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LEAVE MY SHOPPING AT THE SHOW? 

Yes, Emma’s Diary provides an excellent free Shop & Drop service where you can leave your shopping at no expense during the show. They also provide a Collect-by-Car service should you wish to drive your car around to the hall to collect shopping. 

I FORGOT MY BABY FOOD/NAPPIES/WIPES - CAN I BUY SOME AT THE SHOW? 

Don’t worry; you can get free baby food (aged 6 months+) within the Tommee Tippee Feeding Area. You can also sample free nappies and wipes in the Lidl’s Lupilu Changing Area.

WILL SHOW PHOTOGRAPHY BE TAKEN DURING THE BABY SHOW? 

The purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE LATEST OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS IN CHINA, WHERE CAN I FIND MORE INFORMATION?
The Baby Show continues to monitor the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors and visitors to our events is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments. There are no attendees to The Baby Show registered from China or Hong Kong. Nevertheless, as an added precaution, we have implemented  a number of additional safety measures:
 
• Increased cleaning and disinfection programme across all high-volume touchpoints, e.g. catering areas, surfaces, handrails, WCs, entrances/exits, public touch-screens etc., along with the use of cleaning/sanitising materials and products.
• Onsite medical support will be available. 
• Availability of sanitising and disinfection materials for public use will be placed in the following locations: 
-     Changing Area
-     Baby Feeding Café
-     Seating areas
-     VIP Lounge
-     Box Office
-     Organisers’ Office
-     Press Office
-     Weaning Kitchen
-     Joie Central Café and Demo Area
-     Live Talks
-     Collect-By-Car
-     Baby and Toddler Play
-     Soft Play
-     Boulevard
-     Public toilets
• Awareness and training to all staff on standard personal preventative measures, e.g. personal hygiene, frequency of use of sanitising/disinfection products, etc.
• We will be installing signage onsite reminding attendees of personal protection recommendations.
• Implementing a microphone and glass disinfecting and change protocol for all speaker sessions.
• In both the Changing and Weaning Kitchen, there will be hot/cold running water facilities for the public to use.
• We will have additional cleaners allocated to our feature area.

• All high chairs, microwaves and changing tables provided for use by the public will be thoroughly disinfected before, during and after the show.
• Where possible we are providing alcohol-based hand rub in the event space but you may wish to consider bringing your own alcohol-based hand rub to have available for your staff and visitors on your stand
• We are enhancing cleaning in the general event space but you may wish to consider bringing your own cleaning materials so you can disinfect your stand more frequently (please ensure all cleaning materials are disposed of safely)
