Thankfully, it is now much more acceptable to discuss mental health issues and to help raise awareness we’re here today to talk about it, so you’ll have a better understanding of what post-natal depression is, how it can come in many different forms, and triggers, what are the signs to look out for, what you can do to help yourself and where to go if you need more support.
