The Baby Show Partners with Parenting Out Loud for Olympia, London 2025

The Baby Show Olympia, London is proud to announce a new partnership with Parenting Out Loud, the workplace culture change programme founded by Elliott Rae. This exciting collaboration will be part of the upcoming Olympia, London 2025 event, highlighting the importance of equal parenting and workplace inclusion.

Parenting Out Loud is all about encouraging dads to be visible and vocal about their caring responsibilities. From taking full parental leave to making school pick-ups part of their open calendars, the initiative supports fathers in normalising male caregiving in the workplace. By doing so, it helps address the gender pay gap, challenge the motherhood penalty, and create greater equality at home and at work.

Despite growing demand for change, research shows that one in three working dads still feel uncomfortable speaking to their employers about family commitments. Parenting Out Loud works to change this by offering online coaching, webinars, football-themed conversations, and social media campaigns that amplify the voices of working dads. Alongside this, the programme supports employers through talks, workshops and roundtables to build more inclusive workplace cultures.

As part of this partnership, The Baby Show is delighted to support the UK’s first-ever Working Dads’ Summit, hosted by Parenting Out Loud and sponsored by Universal Music Group UK. The event takes place online on Tuesday 23rd September from 1pm to 5pm, bringing together parents, businesses, and advocates to share best practice and inspire change. The summit will feature real-life stories from dads, discussions with organisations leading the way on workplace inclusion, a keynote from a prominent MP on paternity leave, and a live recording of the popular parenting podcast To Be A Boy.

The Working Dads’ Summit is free to attend online, so register your ticket today!
