What is the Operations Manual?

The Operations Manual is your comprehensive manual with all vital exhibitor information. Within the guide, you will find supplier contact information (including ordering electrics and lighting), stand information, compulsory, optional and marketing forms, exhibitor badges etc.

How can I get involved in pre-show marketing?

There are many free marketing opportunities including printed collateral, complimentary tickets, website presence, show guide presence, social media, fashion shows and PR. To find out more, login to the Operations Manual and click on the Marketing Forms section.

Can I park my vehicle for the duration of the show?

Yes, please visit the Olympia London website (link to website) to book your space.

Please note, heavy goods vehicles cannot be parked at Olympia.

Do I need a vehicle pass for build-up/break-down?

Yes, you will need to book a time slot before you arrive to ensure you can unload or load without delay. This will become available closer to the event but for more information visit the Operations Manual and select Delivery Instructions.

Can I get goods delivered to the venue?

Yes, however you need to be onsite to sign for the package.

What time can I set up my stand?

This is dependent on your stand type. For more information visit the Operations Manual, select Delivery Instructions and view the Event Timetable.

Do I need a pass to enter the venue?

For security reasons, all contractors and exhibitors must wear wristbands provided by the Organisers for the show open period.

Where can I find out more information about the stand I have booked?

To find out more about your stand fitting, login to the Operations Manual and select Stand Information. You will then need to select your stand type.
