Layla is mum to three girls, all born prematurely. She spent three months in NICU with her twins, Lily and Amelia, and then seven months later found herself back there with Ella-Mai.

Layla is a firm support advocate for NICU and premature birth, and has built a strong community of parents who have been in similar situations. She recently launched a diverse maternity clothing line with women’s clothing brand, Boohoo, to reflect all routes to motherhood. Layla feels there’s a lack of representation of anything other than the 'textbook pregnancy' and straightforward fourth trimester. Through her content, she hopes to fill this representation gap.

She also shares the highs and lows of parenting, finding humour amidst the chaos. Having three babies close in age, Layla knows all too well the obstacles that being a mum can bring whilst cherishing the precious moments that go by oh so quickly.
