LIVE TALKS AT OLYMPIA IN 2023
See the insightful talks we had at Olympia London in 2023.
We will go through what you can expect in terms of sleep from your newborn, when to start a bedtime routine and how you can make your baby's sleep environment safe and conducive to sleep. I will also talk you through some simple, gentle strategies on how you can support you baby's sleep, as well as exploring some common sleep issues.
Infant researcher Dr. Robert Titzer will talk briefly about the benefits of providing better language environments for infants and toddlers. Most of his presentation will be focused on giving parents practical tips that have been shown to help babies learn additional language skills. This is important because recent research shows that the early language environment has lasting effects on later language abilities and later reading scores. In addition, research from Stanford University found that babies who are in better language environments in the first 18 months think at faster speeds than babies than babies who are in less stimulating language environments.
