    Daisy First Aid offers friendly, fun, and fear-free first aid advice and courses designed specifically for parents and childcarers. They want all parents to have the knowledge and confidence to treat a baby or child in an emergency and learn the skills you need to save a life and the skills to treat the most common accidents and emergencies.

  2. Sarah Patel is the founder of Teach To Sleep, a mum of two little ones (18 months apart), and a fully qualified baby and toddler sleep consultant. Sarah has worked in education for over 15 years as a primary teacher and as a senior lecturer in education. She uses her background in teaching, to teach positive sleep habits which are based around routine and sleep patterns.

    She will go through what you can expect in terms of sleep from your newborn, when to start a bedtime routine and how you can make your baby's sleep environment safe and conducive to sleep. Sarah will also talk you through some simple, gentle strategies on how you can support your baby's sleep, as well as exploring some common sleep issues.

    He will talk briefly about the huge benefits of providing better language environments for infants and toddlers. Most of his presentation will be focused on giving parents practical tips that have been shown to help babies learn additional language skills.

Pip is going to share some of the fundamental aspects of labour and birth that you and your birth partner should understand in order to help prepare for the most positive and empowering experience.

    From understanding your body, the powerful influence of your mind and tools to help you have a calm and confident birth experience. Pip believes all women should feel like superwomen when they birth their baby however that may be and these tools will help you on that journey.

In this talk we will explore how our baby is highly evolved to safely make the transition from 'womb life' to 'room life'.
