Q. When is The Baby Show Olympia 2022?

A. The Baby Show Olympia London takes place from 21-23 October 2022.

 


 

Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?

A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 3 times a year. The next events are 21-23 October at Olympia London 2022, 3-5 March 2023 at ExCeL London and 12-14 May 2023.

 


 

Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show Olympia 2022.

A. 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

 


 

Q. Can children attend the event?

A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years go free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

Q. When will tickets be on sale?

A. Tickets for The Baby Show Olympia will be on sale in 2022. Make sure you sign-up to our e-newsletter to find out first when they go on sale and to get the best subscriber offer.

Q. How much are tickets?

A. Ticket prices will be announced in Summer 2022.

 


 

Q. Can I buy tickets on-the-door?

A. Tickets are unavailable on-the-door, they must be purchased in advance of the show, however, this includes on the day bookings online.

 


 

Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?

A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone. Please book your tickets online.

 


 

Q. I’m having trouble booking tickets or I need to change my ticket to a different day. Who should I contact?

A. For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact See Tickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a printout or show it on my smartphone?

A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smartphone. Please only bring a printout of our e-ticket if you do not have a smartphone. 

 


 

Q. Can I book a ticket for my carer?

A. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed then a carer is admitted free of charge - however, you must book an adult ticket and then provide your booking confirmation and ask for a ticket for your carer. Please do this via the customer portal.

Q. Can I exchange or refund my tickets?

A. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain. Please contact See Tickets, our ticketing agent for more information. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

 

Accessibility

 

Q. Is there easy access for my stroller?

A. Yes, there is a lift at the main entrance, or alternatively step-free access around the corner.

 


 

Q. Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?

A. Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

 


 

Q. How can I get assistance during my visit?

A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.

 


 

Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?

A. Yes.

 


 

Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?

A. To be confirmed.

 


 

Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?

A. There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance.

Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?

A: Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia London, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Further information on accessibility at the venue can be found on the Olympia website.

Q. Which is the nearest train/tube station?

A. The venue is opposite the Olympia station which is on the Overground line. For more information please see here.

 


 

Q. How much is parking?

A. Parking at the venue is operated and managed by the venue (not the Organisers). Visit their websites for more information and to pre-book your space.

A. There are numerous facilities on-site to cater for all needs and dietary requirements.

Q. Is there a first aid room at the venues?

Q. What measures are being put in place to run the show in line with government guidelines against COVID?

A. As Organisers, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our attendees. We have an All Secure Document, which will detail all measures, guidance and requirements we will be undertaking. The information is correct at the time of publishing. Q. Is proof of COVID status required to gain entry?

A. In line with the latest government guidelines COVID status verification is no longer a requirement for entry into the Baby Show. 

 


 

Q. What measures are being put in place to run the show in line with government guidelines against COVID?

A. Book with confidence to The Baby Show, knowing that the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors and staff are of the utmost importance to us. Although we do recommend taking a lateral flow test before your arrival to ensure the safety of yourself and others, you will NOT need to show proof of vaccination or a negative lateral flow text upon entry. What to expect when visiting The Baby Show Live:

  • Upon arrival, our front of house team will be available to answer any questions you may have. 

  • We encourage you to wear a face-covering if you feel more comfortable doing so.  

  • There will be hand sanitiser points available around the building.

Q. Am I required to wear a face mask at The Baby Show.

A. This is currently a personal preference, however, this is subject to change.
