Our baby shows take place three times a year at Olympia London, ExCeL London, and NEC Birmingham.

Your one-stop shop for products, services, and advice, The Baby Show Olympia October 21-23 2022 is the nation’s largest autumn shopping destination for all things baby. Visitors could compare, try and buy products and enjoy exclusive deals from hundreds of brands.

Exhibitors vary from boutiques, and online stores to those not on the high street and included well-known brands such as Maxi-Cosi, Cybex, MAM, Tommee Tippee, BabyBjörn, Mamas & Papas, and many more.

Visitors also have the opportunity to hear from the UK's leading baby and parenting experts on everything from preparing for birth, sleep, weaning, and breastfeeding to first aid and development to support you and help you make informed parenting choices.

Baby Feeding Café

Rumbling tummies? The Feeding Café makes feeding your baby at the show a little easier with complimentary food, bottle warmers and microwaves.

There is plenty of seating available at the show so you could comfortably breastfeed your baby anytime, anywhere, plus there is an optional quieter area for breastfeeding with glider chairs and complimentary breast pads.

Q. When is The Baby Show Olympia 2022?

A. The Baby Show Olympia takes place from 21-23 October 2022.



Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?

A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 3 times a year. After Olympia the next scheduled events are 4-6 March 2023 at ExCeL London, and 12-14 May at NEC Birmingham in 2023.



Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show Olympia 2022?

A. The opening times are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.



Q. Can children attend the event?

A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years can attend the show for free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

Q. Can I buy tickets on-the-door?

A. Tickets are unavailable on the door, they must be purchased in advance of the show, however, this includes on-the-day bookings online.



Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?

A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone. Please book your tickets online.



Q. I’m having trouble booking tickets or I need to change my ticket to a different day. Who should I contact?

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a printout or show it on my smartphone?

A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smartphone. Please only bring a printout of our e-ticket if you do not have a smartphone. 



Q. Can I book a ticket for my carer?

A. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed then a carer is admitted free of charge - however, you must book an adult ticket and then provide your booking confirmation and ask for a ticket for your carer. Please do this via the customer portal.

Q. Is there easy access for my stroller?

A. Yes, there is a lift at the main entrance, or alternatively step-free access around the corner.



Q. Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?

A. Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.



Q. How can I get assistance during my visit?

A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.



Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?

A. Yes, there is a hearing loop facility.



Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?

A. To be confirmed.



Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?

A. There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance.

Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?

A: Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia London, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Q. Is there a first aid room at the venue?

Q. What measures are being put in place to run the show in line with government guidelines against COVID?

A. Book with confidence to The Baby Show, knowing that the safety and wellbeing of our visitors, exhibitors and staff are of the utmost importance to us.

Although we do recommend taking a lateral flow test before your arrival to ensure the safety of yourself and others, you will NOT need to show proof of vaccination or a negative lateral flow text upon entry.

What to expect when visiting The Baby Show Live:

  • Upon arrival, our front of house team will be available to answer any questions you may have 

  • We encourage you to wear a face-covering if you feel more comfortable doing so.  

  • There will be hand sanitiser points available around the building.

Q. Is proof of COVID status required to gain entry?

A. In line with the latest government guidelines COVID status verification is no longer a requirement for entry into the Baby Show Olympia 2022.



Q. Am I required to wear a face mask at The Baby Show 

A. This is currently a personal preference, however, this is subject to change.
