A one-stop shop for products, services and advice, The Baby Show NEC, Birmingham, May 13 - 15 2022, is the nation’s largest shopping destination for all things baby. Visitors can compare, try and buy products and enjoy exclusive deals from hundreds of brands. Exhibitors vary from boutiques, online stores to those not on the high street and included well-known brands such as Maxi-Cosi, Cybex, Stokke®, BabyBjörn, Mamas & Papas and many more.

Visitors also have the opportunity to hear from the UK's leading baby and parenting experts on everything from preparing for birth, sleep, weaning and breastfeeding to first aid and development to support you and help you make informed parenting choices.

Rumbling tummies? The Feeding Café makes feeding your baby at the show that little easier with complimentary food, bottle warmers and microwaves. There's plenty of seating available at the show so you can comfortably breastfeed your baby anytime, anywhere, plus you'll find an optional quieter area for breastfeeding with glider chairs and complimentary breast pads.

Q. When is The Baby Show NEC 2022?
A. The Baby Show NEC takes place from 13-15 May 2022.

Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?
A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 3 times a year. The next events are 4-6 March 2022 at ExCeL London, 13-15 May at NEC Birmingham 2022 and 21-23 October at Olympia London 2022.

Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show NEC 2022.
A. The opening times are 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Q. Can children attend the event?
A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years can attend the show for free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

Q. Can I buy tickets on-the-door?
A. Our online box office will be available for you to purchase your ticket on the morning you decide to come.

Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?
A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone. Please book your tickets online.

Q. I’m having trouble booking tickets or I need to change my ticket to a different day. Who should I contact?
A. For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact See Tickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a printout or show it on my smartphone?
A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smartphone. Please only bring a printout of our e-ticket if you do not have a smartphone. 

Q. Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed then a carer is admitted free of charge - however, you must book a ticket for them when you book your own ticket.

Q. Is there easy access for my stroller?
A. Yes, there are ramps by stairs and lifts are located and signposted on the Atrium and Piazza concourses and by all the escalators. For more information about accessibility at the NEC visit the NEC website.

A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the NEC staff who will be happy to help.

Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?
A. Yes, the Live Talks Stage has a hearing loop facility.

Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?

Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?

Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?
A:  NEC Birmingham has available wheelchairs free of charge for blue badge holders and £5 for all other visitors.  However, there is a limited number of wheelchairs and we recommend emailing InfoEmailAccount@necgroup.co.uk to enquire about booking a wheelchair in advance so it can be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. A. Birmingham International directly serves the NEC, you don’t even need to brave the elements with a walkway linking to the exhibition halls.
