A. The Baby Show NEC takes place from 07-09 May 2027

 


 

Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show NEC 2027?

A. Opening times are as follows:

  • Friday 7th May: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

  • Saturday 8th May: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm

  • Sunday 9th May: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm

 


 

Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?

A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place three times a year. The next events are: 23-25 October 2026 at Olympia, London and 5-7 March 2027 at Excel London.

 


 

Q. Can children attend the event?

A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years can attend the show for free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

Q. Are tickets on sale?

A. Tickets for NEC Birmingham 2027 will be on sale in Winter 2026.

Q. Is there easy access for my stroller?

A. Yes, there are ramps by stairs and lifts are located and signposted on the Atrium and Piazza concourses and by all the escalators. For more information about accessibility at the NEC visit the NEC website.

A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the NEC staff who will be happy to help.


Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?

A. Yes, the Live Talks Stage has a hearing loop facility.


Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?

A. There is usually a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage on the Saturday. This will be confirmed closer to the show.


Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?

A. Disabled parking is located under Hall 5.  For more information about disabled parking and to book parking please visit the NEC website.

Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?

A. NEC Birmingham has various wheelchairs and scooters available for hire from their mobility centre, situated between Hall 4 and 5 (next to Londis). These can be pre-booked by emailing info@necgroup.co.uk and a member of the team will get in contact to take the booking.

Wheelchairs are FOC for blue badge holders and £5 per day for all other visitors.

Scooters are £15 per day.

There will be wheelchairs and scooters available on the day for anyone who hasn’t pre-booked.

A. Birmingham International directly serves the NEC; you don’t even need to brave the elements with a walkway linking to the exhibition halls.

A. Parking at the venue is operated and managed by the venue, NEC Birmingham (not the Organisers) - East car parks are the closest to the show. Visit their website for more information and to pre-book your space.

A. Yes, there is a cloakroom at the event.
