Q. When is The Baby Show Olympia?
A. The Baby Show Olympia takes place from the 22nd -24th October 2021.

Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?
A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 3 times a year. The next events are 4-6 March 2022 at ExCeL London and 13-15 May at NEC Birmingham 2022.

Q. What are the opening times?
A. The Baby Show opens at 9.30am and closes at 5.30pm on Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October 2021.

Q. Can children attend the event?
A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years go free. They will still require a ticket for entry.

Q. When will tickets be on sale?
A. Tickets for The Baby Show Olympia are on sale now. You can book here

Q. How much are tickets?
A. Standard Advance Adult tickets are £16.00 per person. If you subscribe to our newsletter, tickets are available for £13.00 per person and on-the-door tickets are £22.50 per person.

Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?
A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone. Please book your tickets online.

Q. I’m having trouble booking tickets. Who should I contact?
A. For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact See Tickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Q. Can I buy tickets on-the-door at the show?
A. Yes, tickets are available to be purchased on the door, however to save you time and money buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices.

Q. Can I buy the MadeForMums goody bags at the show?
A. There will be a limited number of goody bags available to buy at the show, but we advise buying in advance with your admission ticket so you are not disappointed if they run out. 

Q. Where do I collect my MadeForMums goody bag at the show?
A. Please collect your goody bags from The London Room at the show, opposite the MadeForMums stand.

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a print out or show on my smart phone?
A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smart phone. Please only bring a print out of our e-ticket if you do not have a smart phone. 

Q. Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A. If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed then a carer is admitted free of charge. Full details on arranging their ticket can be found on the our ticket page here.

Q. Where are the wheelchair accessible toilets located?
A. Male and female wheelchair accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q. How can I get assistance during my visit?
A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.

Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?
A. Yes.

Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?
A. There will be a BSL interpreter present during talks on Saturday 23rd October.  Talks and Timings TBC. 

Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A. There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia here.

Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.

Q. What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A. There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q. How much is parking?
A. Parking at the venue is operated and managed by the venue, Olympia London (not the Organisers). Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance.

Q. Will there be a cloakroom at the event?

Safety & Security

Q. Is there a first aid room at the venue?
A. Yes, this is located between the National and Grand Halls, next to the B Gate. 

Q. What measures are being put in place to run the show in line with government guidelines against COVID?
A. As Organisers, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all our attendees. We have an All Secure Document, which will detail all measures, guidance and requirements we will be undertaking. The information is correct at time of publishing. Q. Is proof of COVID status required to gain entry?
A. For the health and safety of all entrants, proof of COVID status is required to gain access to The Baby Show. This can be one of the below: 

  • Two vaccines (first and second dose), with the second dose at least 14 days prior to the Show  - this can be shown on your NHS app with your Covid Pass, or your vaccination card or by a letter from your doctor
  • Negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours prior to attending the event - this can be displayed via NHS App, SMS text, or email
  • Proof of antibodies - this can be shown by producing confirmation of a positive PCR from the last 180 days.
