Our first show of 2025 is at ExCeL London in early spring 7-9 March 2025.
ExCeL London is an exhibition centre, event space, and conference centre in the Royal Docks area of Newham, East London; with excellent access via public transport via DLR & bus. Driving is possible with plenty of available parking.

Our second show of 2025 is in Birmingham at the NEC this spring from 9-11 May 2025.
The NEC (National Exhibition Centre) is an exhibition centre located in Marston Green, Solihull, West Midlands, just near junction 6 of the M42 motorway and Birmingham International railway station.

6-8 June 2025
Our third show of 2025 is at Manchester Central in 6-8 June 2025.
Manchester Central is a cutting-edge convention centre located within central Manchester with great access to public transport, close to Manchester Piccadilly station, and plenty of adjacent available parking.

A. The Baby Show Olympia London takes will place 24-25 October 2025.
Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show Olympia London 2025?
A. Opening times are as follows:
- 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Friday
- 9:30 am - 5:30 pm Saturday
- 9:30 am - 5:00 pm Sunday
Q. Can children attend the event?
A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years can attend the show for free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 4 times a year. Our next other events are 7-9 March at ExCeL London, 9-11 May at NEC Birmingham and 6-8 June at Manchester Central in 2025.

A. Tickets are available on-the-door, including on-the-day bookings online.

A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone.

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a printout or show it on my smartphone?
A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smartphone. Please only bring a printout of our e-ticket if you do not have a smartphone.
Q. Can I get a free ticket for my carer?
A. Yes!
If the person you are attending with has a disability that restricts their ability to attend on their own and to the extent where extra support is required, you can purchase a carer ticket. Proof of disability is requested at the point of booking in order to obtain this ticket, so please have this available to upload. A carer ticket must be accompanied by a paying visitor.

A. There are numerous facilities on-site to cater for all needs and dietary requirements., including The Baby Show Café with Joie as detailed on our Family Friendly Facilities page.

Q. Is there step-free access?
A. Yes, there is step-free access via the ramp to make it easy to get into the venue with a buggy or wheelchair.
Q. Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A. Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.
Q. How can I get assistance during my visit?
A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help.
Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?
A. Yes, there is a hearing loop facility.
Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?
A BSL interpreter will be on the Live Talks Stage , however the day is not confirmed.
Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A. There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Blue Badge spaces are subject to the standard charge.
Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?
A: Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at Olympia London and must be returned in good condition at the end of the day. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by emailing feedback@olympia.london Your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue.
